Time-Line Therapy

This is a fairly new kind of Therapy and was created by Dr. Tad James.

This extremely powerful therapy enables a person to travel, either forwards or backwards along their "Time-Line", enabling them to clear out unwanted negative emotions. The four main negative emotions are anger, fear, sadness and guilt. These four emotions are extremely debilitating and consume an amazing amount of energy, leaving us open to physical and mental weaknesses.

Most people possess a certain amount of these negative emotions and by eliminating them, a new sense of positive energy and clarity takes over.

Time-Line Therapy™ guides a person back through time to any point that is creating negative emotions and deals with the necessary events. Once the negative emotions in the memory are dealt with, the person is brought back to the 'now' bringing only the positive learnings and feelings. In cases of extreme traumatic experiences, it is possible to completely remove the memory and replace it with a much happier event.

Time-Line Therapy™ also enables you to work with your future, creating new and exciting events to look forward to.

The client is usually in a light to medium hypnotic state which enables the unconscious mind to access and utilise other areas of the brain. This technique has the possibility of totally changing a person's personality in a short period of time.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a form of treatment using hypnosis to help heal emotional and psychogenic problems.

Hypnosis induces a state of relaxation and concentration in which deeper parts of the mind become more accessible. The word 'hypno' is derived from the Greek word 'hypnos' meaning sleep. Greek Mythology tells us of the Greek God named Hypnos, meaning the God of sleep.

It is only when we are relaxed that our conscious minds can truly work towards a healing process.
As we slip into a more relaxed state, our brains begin to work at a slower speed (cycles per second: cps) taking us into the Alpha state (approx. 7-14 cps) or a deeper Theta state (approx. 3 - 7 cps).

Through this process the neurological connections in our bodies function more freely without blockages of stress. As we enter into a state of calmness, our body and mind slow down as do our heart, lungs and other functions allowing the 'gates' to open and the 'river' of the unconscious mind flow freely; awakening us to new resources and cleansing away old unwanted negative feelings.

Whatever the therapeutic intervention, Hypnotherapy is gentle and relaxing and leaves you with a sense of well-being and calmness.

Meditation

There are many different techniques when it comes to meditation, such as chanting, breathing, yoga, visualisations etc. etc.

Whatever the technique, it is a way to calm the mind and body enabling them to access the deeper parts of the unconscious.

Meditation is a wonderful way to 'de-stress' and if done on a regular basis helps maintain health, youthfulness and clarity of thought. You develop a sense of harmony and calmness which in turn lead to a natural healing which we all possess within us.

A life-force begins to flow freely through us and we channel into other unseen energies that exist around us.

Meditation enables us to tune into the "collective consciousness" and we are more able to make direct contact with the minds of other men and women.

We tune into natural energy just as the flowers, trees and animals do and through meditation and the stillness of mind, we transform from a 'cocoon' state into a butterfly ready to fly into any direction with total ease.
